I spent a month in Malaysia volunteering for StopFishBombing.org, a nonprofit with hopes of putting an end to unsustainable fishing practices in the coral triangle region, namely: fish bombing. The nonprofit is filled with passionate and hardworking public servants from all over the world with hopes of moving the needle in the world of blue conservation as well as poverty amongst fishermen. I was brought in to perform an audit & analysis on the productivity of the NGO by a primary investor as well as bring my skillset as a researcher and designer to SFB to run a study and streamline some processes.
